Cagrilintide

Cagrilintide is a synthetic, long-acting analogue of the peptide hormone amylin. It is used in scientific research settings to study signaling pathways at amylin and calcitonin receptors. An N-terminal lipidation and targeted amino acid substitutions make it more stable than native amylin and considerably extend its half-life.
